Today is Friday – best day of the work week, third best day of the whole week
I weighed in a full pound lighter than yesterday
I worked out
I tried on an old paid of jeans... and they FIT!!!
I got paid
I am in a great mood

That’s it. Just a good day… I hope it carries over into work.
